Disable number linking If you don't wish to use Nagish on default for incoming calls

Updated over a week ago

Managing Your Phone Number Preferences

Sometimes you may want to temporarily or permanently disable number linking.

Whether it's because you would like to forward your calls to a different number or because you are switching carriers and would prefer to link your new number instead of the old one.

Disabling Number Linking on Nagish

The best way to turn off number linking is via the Nagish app. Here's how:

  1. Launch Nagish and tap into Settings.

  2. Tap on 'Phone Number'

  3. Then toggle off ‘Link My Number’

  4. Tap the number at the bottom of the screen to confirm

  5. After a few seconds, you should be all set!

If you can’t disable number linking via the instructions above, you can always disable it manually:

  1. Quit the Nagish app and launch your phone’s dialer.

  2. Use the table below to find your dialing code based on your mobile carrier

  3. In your phone's dialer, dial your code and wait up to 20 seconds or until you receive a success message.

  4. You should be all set!
